Common issues and quick fixes
Try these steps first before contacting support.
Can't log in
- If you are new to MindBridge, create your account on Register first.
- Check you are using the same email used to register.
- Already registered? Request a new sign-in method from the Log in page.
- Open the newest sign-in email link only.
Forgot password or no sign-in email/code
- Check spam and junk folders.
- Wait a few minutes and request another sign-in step.
- If your mailbox is full, clear space and try again.
- If a work mailbox keeps opening links as invalid or expired, ask your IT team to review the email security guidance below.
Work email links open as invalid or expired
Some organisations use email security tools that rewrite or pre-open invitation links before the intended user clicks them. This can consume a single-use link.
Page not loading correctly
- Refresh the page.
- Try a private browser window.
- Try another browser if the issue continues.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
