Register first, then sign in
Follow these steps to create your account, finish onboarding, and use your organisation's sign-in method afterwards.
Step-by-step
- Open Register and enter your full name, email, and phone number.
- Complete registration using the method MindBridge shows for your organisation. Some organisations use a one-time code instead of an email link.
- Finish any onboarding steps, including profile details or organisation matching, until you reach your dashboard.
- Return to Log in anytime after registration using the same email address.
Security tips
- Do not share your sign-in link or password with anyone.
- Use a personal device when possible.
- Log out after using a shared computer.
If verification email does not arrive
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Check spam and junk folders.
- Confirm you entered the correct email address.
- If you are new to MindBridge, start on Register rather than Log in.
- Contact your clinic if the issue continues.
