MindBridge: How to Register and Book Your First Appointment

Share this guide with patients who are using MindBridge for the first time.

Tip: clinics can add ?clinic=YourClinicName to personalise this guide.

Steps 1-5

1. Open the Register page and enter full name, email, and phone number.
2. Follow the registration step MindBridge shows for your organisation. This may be a one-time code or an email link.
3. Finish onboarding until you reach your dashboard.
4. Go to Book appointment and choose an available slot.
5. Open My appointments to review, reschedule, or cancel if needed.

Troubleshooting

• New to MindBridge? Start on Register first, not Log in.
• No code or email yet? Check spam/junk and try the registration step again.
• Already registered? Request a new sign-in method from Log in.
• Page not loading? Refresh or try another browser.
