I can't log in. What should I do?

If you are new to MindBridge, register first. If you already have an account, use the same email you used to register and request a new sign-in method if needed.

I didn't receive the verification email.

Wait a few minutes, then check spam or junk. Search for MindBridge, then retry the registration or sign-in step you just used.

How do I book my first appointment?

Open Book appointment from your patient menu, choose an available slot, and confirm your booking.

Where can I see my appointments?

Open My appointments to view upcoming and past sessions, including status and appointment details.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, if your appointment is still eligible. Open appointment details and use Reschedule when the option appears.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel only when the appointment is more than 24 hours away. Inside 24 hours, contact your clinic directly.

How do I book again after a cancellation?

Use the Book again button on your appointment page, or go directly to Book appointment.

When will I receive reminders?

Most patients receive an email reminder around 24 hours before their appointment.

What if I didn't get a reminder?

Check spam or junk and confirm your email address in your profile. Your appointment details are always in the portal.

Can I add appointments to my calendar?

Yes. Open appointment details and choose Google Calendar, Outlook, or Download .ics.

A page is not loading properly.

Refresh the page, try a private window, or use another up-to-date browser.

Who should I contact for help?

Contact your clinic for care or schedule queries. Contact MindBridge support for technical platform issues.
